Psychology that connects the person with the wider business system.

I’m Ilia Tsa, a business psychologist and industrial-organisational psychologist with a background in organisational psychology, career counselling and evidence-based psychotherapy.

Some challenges appear personal but are shaped by a role, a team or an organisation. Others look operational but are sustained by stress, avoidance, conflict or deeply learned patterns. My work examines both.

In the UK this field is often called occupational psychology; across Europe, work and organisational psychology; and in the US, industrial-organisational psychology. Business psychology brings these perspectives into practical work with professionals and organisations.

Work with the psychology behind performance, decisions and professional relationships.

Think more clearly when decisions carry financial, professional or personal weight.

02

Navigate promotion, relocation, career change, conflict or uncertainty with a structured psychological perspective.

03

Performance, stress and burnout

Address the patterns beneath overwork, avoidance, loss of motivation and unsustainable performance.

04

Communication and influence

Develop assertiveness, emotional regulation and the interpersonal range required for complex roles.

Focused support for the human side of work, leadership and change.
